Expansion responds to client demand for compliant, flexible workforce solutions across North America and the United Kingdom
HOUSTON, Sept. 15, 2026 — Vendorpass and ICON Information Consultants today announced the launch of operations in the United Kingdom, expanding their ability to help clients engage and support contingent workers across North America and the U.K.
The expansion was driven by demand from existing clients seeking support for their U.K.-based workforces. Through its newly established U.K. entity, Vendorpass UK Ltd. will provide Employer of Record and payrolling services, independent contractor engagement and compliance support, and solutions for enterprise contingent workforce programs.
Organizations operating in the U.K. face increasingly complex requirements involving worker status, payroll, employment obligations and contingent workforce management. The off-payroll working rules commonly known as IR35 have also intensified the focus on accurately assessing independent contractor engagements and documenting employment status for tax purposes. Vendorpass and ICON are extending their established operating model to help clients navigate these requirements, manage risk and scale their workforces effectively.
