- Seattle, WA
- Tacoma, WA
- West Chester County, NY (effective 4/2019)
The San Antonio, TX paid sick leave ordinance is scheduled to start 8/2019 for employers with more than five employees. Austin, TX also passed a paid sick leave law. However, on August 17, 2018, the Texas Court of Appeals, Third District, issued an order temporarily enjoining Austin’s ordinance from taking effect until the appeal is resolved.
