18 November 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n Effective 2 November 2020, ICON Information Consultants, LP, a workforce management company based in Houston, Texas (\u201cICON\u201d), acquired Vendorpass, Inc. (\u201cVendorpass\u201d). The acquisition will grow ICON and its subsidiaries\u2019 total contingent labour spend under management by approximately 60% and position it as one of the largest providers of employer of record and independent contractor compliance services for enterprise companies in the United States. <\/p>\n Pamela O\u2019Rourke, Founder & Chief Executive Officer for ICON Information Consultants, stated: \u201cThis acquisition gives us the opportunity to deliver our core services at greater scale. Vendorpass has built a strong brand and will continue to operate under its name.
